In the same location, Zona Tortona, a new entity is born from Ecrudo’s fine dining restaurant: “Ecrudo Bistrot” which is dedicated to lunch with a special menu created by chef Umberto Vezzoli.

In addition to rich salads, delicious sandwiches and freshly made pasta, Ecrudo proposes an exclusive kind of main course: create your own sear.

The clients can choose their dish in 3 steps: the choice of the base, the topping and the dressing. A new format that will allow a greater interaction with the kitchen.

The essentiality of flavors, the quality and the selection of the raw materials, the fresh ingredients and the correct balance between aesthetics and flavor: in the Ecrudo Bistrot dishes we can find the same elements on which the whole philosophy of Ecrudo is based. A place to “feel well”, not only for the food, but in a comfortable and delightful environment.
